BestBets.ai is an odds comparison platform that displays publicly available pricing data from sportsbooks and prediction markets. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or operate as a sportsbook or gambling platform.

Information on BestBets.ai is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. Past odds comparisons do not guarantee future results.

3. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate, up-to-date odds from third-party platforms. However, odds change rapidly and we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify odds directly on the platform before placing a bet.

4. Accounts

You may create a free account to access additional features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. You can cancel anytime through your account settings — access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute data from BestBets.ai. Automated access beyond normal browser usage is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

BestBets.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our platform, including but not limited to betting losses based on displayed odds.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
